Shipping
We ship worldwide to 50+ countries. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and dispatched with full tracking.
Delivery times are estimates and exclude customs clearance, which may vary by country.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you within 1–3 business days after dispatch. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Order Accuracy & Final Sale
All orders are carefully reviewed before dispatch. Because our products are pet care and wellness items subject to strict hygiene standards, all sales are considered final once an order has been shipped.
We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order — we'll do our best to assist before dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will take full responsibility. Email us at support@petnoid.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or resolution immediately — no hassle, no back-and-forth.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once they reach their destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Petnoid is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and American Express. All transactions are processed via Shopify's secure payment gateway with SSL encryption.
